What are agent runs?

An agent run is a single execution of any AI agent — evaluating a contact, generating an action, or processing a workflow step. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of agent runs. You can collect unlimited contacts and data — agent run limits only apply to active AI agent processing.

What are included AI ops?

Each plan includes a small allowance of Pathbound-provided AI operations (200–1,000/mo) so you can experience value instantly with zero setup. One op = one agent evaluation, action generation, or Assistant query. Connect your own AI provider key (BYOK) for unlimited AI — that's how most customers use Pathbound.

What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?

BYOK is the default way Pathbound works. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, or any compatible provider API key. All AI operations use your key at your cost — unlimited. We don't mark up AI. The included AI ops are a friction-free on-ramp, not the product.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to higher limits.

What happens if I go over my limits?

We warn you before you hit limits and provide a small grace buffer so you never miss a critical signal. You then choose: upgrade your plan or do nothing. No surprise bills, no silent metered billing.
