An active profile is one customer—a company, an unmatched contact, or a standalone deal—that your workspace touches during a billing cycle, anywhere: your agents over MCP, the API, an export, a webhook stream, or opening them in the app. Touching the same customer again in that cycle is free, however many times and however many teammates do it, so adding people never costs more. Finding customers is always free: browsing lists, filtering, searching, counting, aggregating, and importing data never count. You pay when you actually pull a customer's data. Your plan's included profiles are a limit, not a threshold: nothing bills per profile, ever. Cycles are monthly, anchored to your signup date, or to your upgrade date on a paid plan.
